TWO PERCUSSION SINGLE-BARRELLED SPORTING GUNS, ONE BY WILLIAMSON THE OTHER UNSIGNED, no visible serial numbers, circa 1850. the first a 12 bore by Williamson with 30in. twist barrel having two platinum lines at breech, fixed breech with engraved foliate decoration, back-action lock, walnut half-stock with chequered wrist and fitted with engraved iron furniture, the butt with contemporary extension,. The second a 10 bore and unsigned, with 30in. barrel and fitted with a bar action lock, walnut half stocked with iron mounts, with repair above the back of the lock area., both complete with rods. Both worn overall.
